Three intake doors

Pick the portal that fits your case.

Each portal is built around the records that case type actually needs. Filing personally, filing for the business, or sending records for a non-bankruptcy matter — start in the right place and the office can move faster on the file.

Common to all three

The mechanics are the same.

  • Each portal issues one Submission ID per matter — kept open for the life of the file.
  • Files land directly in the office archive, encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Drag, drop, paste a screenshot, or take a phone photo. PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, DOC, XLS, ZIP all accepted.
  • Each category tracks its own state — have, partial, missing, send-later, or not-applicable.
  • Return any time with the same Submission ID and add to the same file.
  • No upload-driven email notifications fire automatically — the office reviews and reaches out.
